About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Natural Stone Fabricator to join a well-established family-owned company specializing in bespoke natural stone solutions. Working in a modern stone workshop, you will be involved in the production of high-quality custom-made products using natural stone, ceramics, quartz, marble composites, and related materials. This role is ideal for a skilled craftsman who takes pride in precision, quality finishing, and creating unique products for residential and commercial projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Stone Processing & Machining: Process, cut, machine, and shape natural stone, composite, ceramic, and quartz materials according to technical specifications.
- Polishing & Finishing: Polish, glue, assemble, and finish custom-made products to meet the highest quality standards and client requirements.
- Custom Manufacturing: Produce bespoke products including kitchen worktops, washbasins, shower trays, bathtubs, stairs, window sills, tombstones, and other tailor-made stone solutions.
- Technical Drawing Interpretation: Read, interpret, and follow technical drawings, measurements, and work instructions to ensure accurate manufacturing.
- Quality Control & Precision: Verify dimensions, inspect finished products, and ensure all work meets quality, design, and finishing requirements.
- Material Handling & Workshop Operations: Safely handle stone materials, tools, and workshop equipment while maintaining an organized and efficient work environment.
- Continuous Improvement: Contribute to process improvements and actively develop technical skills and craftsmanship within the workshop.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in natural stone processing, stone masonry, or a similar manufacturing role.
- Proven experience working with natural stone, marble, granite, quartz composites, ceramics, or similar materials.
- Ability to perform both preparatory work and final finishing activities independently.
- Good command of English to understand work instructions and communicate effectively within the team.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, measurements, and production specifications.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship.
- Independent, reliable, and results-oriented working style.
- Motivated to continuously learn and develop technical skills.
- Ability to work effectively within a team-oriented production environment.
