Technical & CNC Operators – Leading Manufacturing Group – Belgium
The Technical/CNC Operator will be responsible for operating, monitoring, and optimizing automated production lines and CNC-driven machinery.
This role requires strong technical insight, attention to detail, and the ability to maintain stable, high-quality production in a fast-paced industrial environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate CNC machines, automated cutting lines, and technical production equipment.
- Set up, calibrate, and adjust machinery according to production specifications.
- Monitor machine performance and intervene proactively to prevent downtime.
- Perform first-line troubleshooting (mechanical, pneumatic, or electrical).
- Conduct quality checks and ensure compliance with production standards.
- Collaborate with maintenance teams during technical interventions.
- Complete production documentation and follow safety procedures.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives such as LEAN, 5S, and process optimization.
Required Skills & Experience
- Experience as a CNC Operator, Technical Operator, Machine Operator, or similar role.
- Strong mechanical or electromechanical aptitude.
- Ability to read technical drawings and machine parameters.
- Experience with automated production lines or CNC machinery.
- Problem-solving mindset and ability to work independently.
- Willingness to work in 2-shift, 3-shift, or weekend shift systems.
- Good communication skills; English or Dutch is an advantage.
Preferred Qualifications
- Technical diploma (mechanical, electrical, electromechanical, CNC, or industrial technology).
- Experience in wood, flooring, panel, or general industrial manufacturing.
- Knowledge of CNC programming, machine calibration, or basic PLC concepts.
